For Inbound Mail Filtering (messages received by your users)
- You must have your own domain name for your email, not a shared or third-party domain. For example, your email address should be similar to your_name@your_domain.com, not your_name@yahoo.com.

You or your email administrator must be able to change your DNS MX records (used to direct your mail flow). If you own your domain, you should be able to change your MX records by working with your domain name provider or ISP

Supported Mail Servers: The service supports all common mail servers, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Lotus Domino, Postfix, Sendmail, Macintosh OS X Server, and Novell Groupwise.
For Outbound Mail Filtering (messages sent by your users)

You must have your own domain name for your email, not a shared or third-party domain. You'll also need a static IP (not a dynamic IP) for your domain.

Supported Mail Servers: You or your email administrator must have administrative control over your own mail server to set up your outbound mail to flow through the service. The service supports all common mail servers, including Microsoft Exchange Server, Lotus Domino, Postfix, Sendmail, or Novell Groupwise.
